1. Sign Up
Visit the Ongair Website and Sign up using your preferred email address and password.
If you already have an Ongair account, login into your dashboard and select, Settings then Add Channels
2. Select a Channel
Select WhatsApp from the Channel list provided.
3. Configure your Account
Ensure that the phone number you intend to use, is active on a phone that can receive an SMS or Call, this is only required for the setup process.
Register using an active phone number from your preferred network or carrier.
Make sure that the number you would like to use is not currently in use on a WhatsApp enabled phone.
If you want to use a number that is already on WhatsApp, delete the account on your phone first before registering on Ongair .
4. Request Code.
Click on the Request code button. Confirm that the number is not registered on WhatsApp and can receive an SMS or Call.
5. Download the Ongair Chrome Plugin.
To request the WhatsApp code, you will need to install the Ongair Chrome Plugin.
Please note that you have to be using the Google Chrome browser to complete this activation process.
4.Input the code to Activate your number.
Once you have completed the registration, a 6 digit code will be sent to your number.
Once you receive this code, complete the set up by Keying in the code in the required field.
Wait for a confirmation that your account is now active .
5 . Success!! :) Your Account is Ready
Your login details will be sent to the Email address you provided.
- Access your Ongair dashboard using the credentials provided in the email sent.
