Adding New Users

Now you can get your whole customer service team on board and add multiple users to the same account.

To add a new users under your account, follow the steps below .

1. On the context menu, Click on Settings > Users > New User

  • Name - used to identify the user being added
  • Phone Number - user's phone number , start with country zip code

    • Email - User's email , they will receive an email once the account has been created successfully

Depending on their level of access / privilege choose whether they new user should have admin rights, agent rights or normal rights

2. Click on Save

You will receive a notification saying the user has been successfully created.

The new user will also receive an email with the login credentials that they can use to access the account.

3.To view all current users Click on Settings > Users
