Assigning Conversations to a user

It is possible to assign a conversation to a particular agent / member of your support team.

But first you have to ensure that you have added this user.

1. Login to your dashboard and select 'Inbox'

Open the respective conversation that you would like to assign.

2. On the top right side of your screen. Click on the drop down arrow that says 'Me'

To assign a conversation, select a user from the drop down list that appears.

Once that user logs into their dashboard, they can now view this conversation under the ' Assigned to me ' section of their dashboard.
