Canned Responses

Canned responses are fixed replies to your most frequently asked questions. They allow you to directly save your frequently sent responses and easily access them through a simple shortcut of your choice.

To create a canned response , follow the following steps

1. Click on Settings > Canned Responses > New Canned Response

2. Fill in the fields below

• Shortcut - this is the shortcut you would like to access your response through

• Response - The response you would like to send

To begin using the Canned Response, Ensure you tick the 'Enabled' check box , otherwise the canned response will be inactive.

3.Click on Save

To use your canned response , simply open up a conversation and reply to a message starting with ' / ' and the saved shortcut.
